Vizio unveils entire line of Theater 3D HDTVs

Vizio has big plans (and displays) to unveil at CES 2011 this week, starting with its Theater 3D HDTV collection, with sizes ranging from 22- to 71-inches.
Promising a “flicker-free” and clearer picture, these new Vizio Theater 3D panels are up to two times brighter than Active Shutter LCD TVs. Furthermore, these HDTVs require battery-free 3D glasses, which should be compatible with most 3D screens in movie theaters.
From there, the similarities are few amongst the panels in this line. All of them get access to Vizio’s Internet Apps platform, and nearly all of them have SRS Studio Sound technology as well as an IR or Bluetooth remote control. Other specs that pop up on various models include Smart Dimming, Full Array TruLED backlighting and Google TV support.
Pricing and availability have not been revealed just yet. For a closer look at the details on each of the 21 models in this Vizio line, check out the press release.
